A LITTLE BIT about MY BACKGROUND

I trained in Classical Ballet as a teenager before going on to study Theatre at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. I discovered the incredible strength benefits of Barre while recovering from a running injury in 2017, and have never looked back!
